In a painting career spanning 20 years, Rachel Coad has exhibited in both Australia and the UK. Rachel lives in Margaret River, Western Australia. A finalist in the Archibald Prize 2025, and winner of the Black Swan Prize for portraiture in 2016. An illustration and design background. Rachel divides her time between painting and comics. Rachel published her first graphic novel NEW YORK CITY GLOW in 2023 and the second, STRAY CATS AND BAD FISH will debut this year.
