Add Exhibitor Tablemate and Helper Names

IF YOU ARE THE TABLE OWNER, YOUR NAME IS ALREADY IN THE SYSTEM, SO PLEASE DO NOT ENTER IT AGAIN!

Your name is ready for badge pickup and is on the web site.

If you do not want your name on the web site & program guide, or want to change your name:

• You will need to Login, so the copy this login info.
  • Userid : SPX-Creators
  • Pswd: Spxpo2026##
• Go to the Update Name page  to login and make the change.

To Add an exhibitor tablemate(s) name to

• • • Pick up badges at registration
    • Put your name in the Program Guide and on the website:
    • Submit the below form with Exhibitor Name Type =  Pickup Badge and List on Website/Program Guide

To Add your helper so they can get a badge:

• • • Submit the below form with Exhibitor Name Type = Pickup Badge Only.
    • This will allow them to pick up their badge and their name will NOT be in the program guide.

To Add your “Pen Name” to the WebSite/Program Guide:

• • • Submit the below form with Exhibitor Name Type = Pickup Badge and List on Website/Program Guide
    • Go to the Update Exhibitor and Helper Badges page.
    • Search for your name.
    • Change Exhibitor Name Type from Pickup Badge and List on Website/Program Guide to Pickup Badge Only and submit the form.

To see everyone listed at your table:

• • • You will need to Login, so the copy this login info.
      • Userid : SPX-Creators
      • Pswd: Spxpo2026##
    • Go to the Update Name page.
    • Login.
    • Enter your table number on the upper right of the form.
    • Press the Search button on the left.
