Famous big game hunter Sanger Rainsford falls off a yacht and washes up on an island owned by General Zaroff, an aristocratic Russian and fellow big game hunter. Thrilled to meet another hunter under these circumstances, Zaroff confides he’s gotten bored hunting the usual dangerous animals. He’s got a new sport.
