You may drop off your materials on Friday, September 11 between 5:00PM and 8:30PM.
Please follow these instructions exactly. This information will insure a smooth handoff between you and our expert, award-winning, Box Handling Engineers (BHEs).
- Label all your boxes with your table number.
- Fill out the Shipping Form so we know what time you are coming and with how many boxes.
- Bring your boxes to the SPX Headquarters table that is in the Main Foyer in front of the Exhibitors Room.
If you do not fill out the Shipping Form, we will not know you are coming to drop off books and badness will ensue, which none of us need during the hectic Friday night where our focused and goal-oriented Box Handling Engineers (BHEs) are trying to get the hundreds and hundreds of the shipped boxes to everyone’s table with Zero Mistakes.

We will only collect dropped off boxes on Friday, September 11 between 5:00PM and 8:30PM.
You must complete the Shipping Information Form even if you are dropping off books.
