Cab: Use any ride sharing or taxi service you would like.

• SPX will reimburse all special guests for cab fare to the hotel from the airport or Union Station, in Washington, DC, and back. 
• To be repaid, it is necessary you keep your receipts and send them to specialguest@smallpressexpo.com. 
• Our preferred methods of reimbursement are Venmo or Paypal. Send your account info with the receipts. A check may also be issued for which you’ll need to provide a mailing address.

You will need a credit card to check-in to the hotel to cover incidentals. 

No meals, etc. will be covered by SPX.
