Update Exhibitor and Helper Badges

NOTE: Updates submitted for Listing Web Site/Program Guide after July 31 will only be reflected on the Web Site.

• If you need to update a misspelling or an erroneous table number:
  • Find your name by searching by Last Name and update accordingly.
  • Click on Edit Entry
  • Update the information
  • Hit the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

• If you do not want your name displayed on the web site or in the Program Guide :
  • Find your name by searching by Last Name.
  • Click on Edit Entry.
  • Select Pickup Badge Only.
  • Hit the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

• If you want to have your “pen name” listed on the Web Site/Program Guide
  • Go to Add Exhibitor Name page.
  • Select Pickup Badge and List on Website/Program Guide
  • Enter your name, etc. when you fill out the form and hit the Submit button.

• To see everyone listed at your table:
  • Enter your Table Number in the form below on the right.
  • Press the Search button on the left.
